Driving from the east (including Piedmont Triad International Airport).
- Drive west toward downtown Winston-Salem on Business 40.
- Exit onto Cherry Street (turning right).
- Get into the far left lane so that you can make your first left onto First Street.
- Take a left onto First Street.
- Stay on First Street for six blocks until you reach Broad Street (at the traffic light).
- Take a right onto Broad Street.
- Drive for one block and take a left onto Brookstown Avenue. There will be no stop sign or traffic light.
- Drive two blocks until you reach the intersection of Brookstown Avenue and Burke Street.
- Take a left onto Burke Street.
- Park in one of the spots on the street in front of Fifth Letter or a neighboring business.
Driving from the west
- Drive east toward downtown Winston-Salem on Business 40.
- Exit onto Broad Street.
- Take a right at the top of the ramp onto Broad Street.
- Drive back over the highway and for two blocks until you reach Brookstown Avenue. There will be no stop sign or traffic light.
- Drive two blocks until you reach the intersection of Brookstown Avenue and Burke Street.
- Take a left onto Burke Street.
- Park in one of the spots on the street in front of Fifth Letter or a neighboring business.
Driving from the north
- Drive south toward downtown Winston-Salem on US-52.
- Exit onto Business 40 heading west.
- Exit onto Cherry Street (turning right).
- Get into the far left lane so that you can make your first left onto First Street.
- Take a left onto First Street.
- Stay on First Street for six blocks until you reach Broad Street (at the traffic light).
- Take a right onto Broad Street.
- Drive for one block and take a left onto Brookstown Avenue. There will be no stop sign or traffic light.

- Drive north toward downtown Winston-Salem on US-52
