Lockland Park Neighborhood Association
Lockland Park is an enclave that is part of Ardmore, an historic neighborhood on the outskirts of downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina, next to Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, the largest employer in the city. The centerpiece of the neighborhood is a green space that provides playground equipment and a picnic shelter, allowing plenty of opportunity for new residents and their families to meet longtime neighbors and learn more about the city.
Logo
We created a logo for the Lockland Park Neighborhood Association that shows the link between the city, the neighborhood, and the park area itself. The distinctive naturally-toned color palette allows for the logo to be the springboard of an identity as the colors are appropriated for other uses. Also, the logo’s icon can easily be used in single-color applications such as a stencil or ceramic tile design.
