Sterilelink sells and services sterilization equipment of all sizes for medical and laboratory environments.
They approached us to help with two challenges in their sales process; articulating the equipment needed for the five phases in each of the two different work settings and unifying disparate sales materials from a variety of suppliers in a cohesive presentation format.
We created a carrier system that addressed both of these needs. Two banks of tabbed folders were developed to contain catalogs with appropriate equipment for each of the sterilization phases. Each bank of tabs addresses the full sterilization process making it easier to cross-sell and upsell additional equipment.
Using die cuts in the front of the carrier (a play off the company logo), we designed an insert template that allows for personalization on one side and a suggestion for popular equipment on the reverse.
The sales and maintenance teams at Sterilelink have embraced the literature and sales have steadily increased.
